Jennifer Matthias Photography is a small, grass-roots business located in Chilliwack, BC, in the beautiful Fraser Valley. I believe in working with a client until they are completely happy with their images. I like to get to know my clients, build a relationship with them in a relaxed casual manner. I never rush my clients sessions and you have my full attention during our time together. I am able to provide outdoor photography and studio shoots, in my tiny in-house studio, or a combination of both, your choice.
COVID- 19 Safety Protocols
ONLY Outdoor sessions are available at this time.
To keep everyone safe, please adhere to the following:
- ALL clients and photographer are required to disclose if any member of their immediate family or those within their ‘inner circle’ are sick . If any individual has had a fever, cough, runny nose or vomiting, or any other symptoms, in the last 24 hours, this session MUST BE rescheduled. In this case please contact me as soon as possible. There is no fee to reschedule.
- Outdoor sessions ONLY at this time.
- Only those individuals being photographed will be permitted at any session.
- Maintain 6 feet distance, using no-touch posing methods when at all possible.
- Hands of all individuals at the shoot will be asked to sanitize before and after the photographic session.
- I will have a mask with me and am happy to wear it for the duration of our session if that makes you more comfortable. Please let me know.
- Props are quarantined for 5 days and sanitized after each session and all fabric items are washed .
Portraits
I like photographing individuals in unusual ways, whether it is an out-of-character pose or in an unusual place.
Animal Portraits
I love animals!! Of all types ,shapes and sizes. I am very fortunate to have a lot of animals in my life!
